If you’ve applied for a caste, income, residence, or any other certificate through the AJSK portal, you don’t necessarily need to visit an Tahsildar office or AJSK center to get your certificate. The portal allows you to print or reprint your certificate online using your Application Reference Number, referred to as the RD Number.
Whether you need to print a certificate for the first time or obtain another copy of an already issued certificate, this guide explains the process step by step.
Steps to Print Your Nadakacheri Certificate Online
The Print Certificate option is available when you are printing your certificate for the first time. If the certificate has already been printed once, you must use the Reprint option. Follow the steps below to print your certificate:
Step 1: Visit the AJSK Portal
- Go to https://ajsk.karnataka.gov.in/NK5_Online/Login/Login_Public or use the button given below.
Step 2: Log in to the Portal
- Enter your mobile number and click “Get OTP”.
- Enter the OTP received and click “Login”.
Note: Use the same mobile number you provided during the application process; otherwise, you may not be able to print your certificate.
Step 3: Select the “Print Certificate” Option
- Under the Print menu, select “Print Certificate”.
Step 4: Download and Print Your Certificate
- If the certificate has been approved and has not been printed before, its details will be displayed.
- Verify the details and click “Print”.
- If the certificate has already been printed once, you will see an error message: “Records Not Found”.
Note: Make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser and your printer is connected. The certificate can be printed only once using the Print Certificate option.

Steps to Reprint Your Nadakacheri Certificate Online
If you have already printed your certificate once and need another copy, for example because the original was lost or damaged, you can use the Reprint option. Follow the steps below.
Step 1: Visit the AJSK Portal and Log In
- Go to https://ajsk.karnataka.gov.in/NK5_Online/Login/Login_Public
- Log in using your mobile number and OTP.
Step 2: Select the “Reprint Certificate” Option
- Under the Print menu, Now select “Reprint” option.
- Enter your Acknowledgement No. (i.e RD Number) of the certificate and click “Get” button.
Step 3: Verify and Preview Your Certificate
- The certificate details will be displayed.
- If everything is correct, tick the checkbox and click “Preview” button at the bottom.
- A preview of your certificate will be shown. Verify the details carefully before proceeding with the payment.
- Now, Click “Online Payment” to pay the prescribed amount for re-print facility.
Step 4: Make the Payment
- Accept the payment terms and conditions and select the available payment option.
- If PhonePe is shown as the payment option, select it to proceed.
- UPI payment options:
- UPI QR Code: Scan the QR code shown, and complete the payment.
- UPI ID: Enter your PhonePe, Google Pay, or Paytm UPI ID to receive a payment request. Enter your UPI PIN to complete the payment.
- The service fee is ₹40.
Step 5: Print Your Certificate
- Once the payment is successful, the Print option will be enabled.
- Click Print to generate and download your certificate.
Key Points to Remember
- For first-time printing, use the same mobile number that was provided during the certificate application. For the Reprint option, you can use a different mobile number.
- If you are unable to print the certificate through the AJSK portal, you can visit your Taluk/Tahsildar office for assistance or to obtain the certificate offline.
- Do not close the payment screen until the payment has been completed and the confirmation message is displayed.
- While using the Reprint option, do not refresh the page or use the browser’s back button during the payment process.
